Announcement of the Separation of Amir Moasaghi

From former MKO official and deputy, Amir Moasaghi

To all compatriots and Human Rights Groups

I, Seyed Amir Moasaghi, with the organizational rank (M) (former deputy of an MKO section), and 13 years of professional work in Iraq and 17 years of political work, from 1984 to 2001, announce my full separation in protest to the following issues:

1. Political-military cooperation of MKO with the security services of the Ba'ath regime

2. Wide involvement in the suppression of Kurds and Shiites in 1991

3. Imprisonment, torture and killing of dissenting members and those who wanted separation

4. Delivering dissenting members to the security service of Iraq

5. Sending dissenting members to the mine fields of the Iran-Iraq border

During the years in Iraq, I repeatedly asked for separation from the organization and the last time in 2001, in the Rajavis' inquisition I asked for separation. Then, I was severely injured, physically and mentally and I was imprisoned for a year in a solitary cell in an MKO prison and I was eventually delivered to the security forces of Iraq. I was in the notorious Abu Ghraib for a year, under the most severe and violent tortures. They did this to me in order to teach others a lesson.

Despite the efforts of Rajavi I now live in a European country.

I ask all Human Rights organizations, as well as all people for the rescue of the victims of this terrorist group, and to save others who have always wanted to separate from this dirty terrorist cult and who due to the suffocating situation in the organization have been silent, many of whom have been killed under torture or in Abu Ghraib.

Details in the next announcements.
