The MKO propaganda system has
brought, in recent days, its agents to the scene to discuss the activities
of defectors and warn about the dangers of this issue for the Rajavi’s cult.
All of them have alluded that the former members must
be executed.
On Nov. 26, 2005, in an interview with Sufi Saeedi, Rajavi’s mafia band
emphasized again on issuing the death sentence for the former members.
Saeedi, like Khazai, distorted the facts on French resistance to convince
the viewers that this shameful inhumane rule is something natural. Citing
the behavior of guerilla groups in Latin America (groups that existed during
60s and 70s!), he tried to introduce himself as supporter of such rules.
These comments show that NCRI’s recent meeting has been focused wholly on
the risks of defectors’ activities. As usual, in the culture and logic of
the MKO, there’s only one solution for this: issuing death sentence for
opponents. This is what the MKO has done during the past 27 years.
However, by bringing to the scene the bankrupt members of the NCRI and
announcing inhumane death sentence for defectors, the MKO is following three
purposes:
1. It is desperately trying to show that there’s a consensus on defectors’
being traitors and that they deserve death!
In this regard, they should be reminded that as they have failed to
introduce the NCRI as an organization independent from the MKO, they will
never be able to claim that there’s a consensus on this issue.
2. Each and every member of the Council has to come to the scene and
denounce the former members in order to show that they have not been
influenced by the revelations of defectors and to boost their position and
receive their salary and benefits.
3. Remnants of Rajavi use the NCRI members and their media to repeat “death
sentence for betrayal” in order to fix their political legitimacy, stop
increasing disrepute, clearing away the effects of revelations on members
and supporters as well as stopping the defection process among members. With
this propagandistic trick, they want to prove that former members are
traitors, their words are not important and that there’s no doubt that
they’re traitors, and if the MKO procrastinates over executing their death
sentence it’s because the situation is not suitable.
Of course, these threats shouldn’t be ignored because these interviews on TV
are a small part of what is really happening inside the group; this group
will erase its opponents whenever it finds an opportunity. |
