More MKO defectors repatriated |

| In a
phone contact with the office of Red Cross, Mr. Khezr Aval, Deputy
Representative of the Red Cross in Tehran, said that through the assistance
of the International Committee of the Red Cross, a number of former MKO
members who had been housed in a US camp in Iraq have returned to Iran on
Monday (August 2, 2005). He noted that the office of the Red Cross would release the names of these new returnees. Appreciating the efforts of Red Cross and other organizations, Iranian and Iraqi authorities and others, we congratulate the return of former members to the country and ask the authorities on the fate of other former members in US-run camp and those still detained by the cult (of MKO). |
