Five Mojahedin Members Killed in Armed Clash |

Iraq-based Al-Takhi newspaper reported on March 17, that five persons who had MKO ID cards were killed in clashes with Mosul Police. According to Al-Takhi, two days ago police forces in "Al-Sugar" area in Mosul clashed with five people who had started shooting at them. Four of the attackers were killed at the scene and another who was wounded died in hospital. After preliminary investigations it became clear that they have MKO ID Cards. They had RPG, Clash, 50 mortars, hand-made bomb, 15 ammunition boxes, 3 9mm pistols, and a radio. A witness said that two police officers were killed in the clash. |
